So you have decided to give it a try.  Great!

Create a Safe Space:  Be sure to make your appointment at a time and place where you will be alone, quiet and free from distraction, for an hour or so, even if your appointment is only for a half hour.  This will give you time to get things settled and have your appointment and then relax a bit afterward.

Drink Water before and during your appointment:  kinesiology is important for this work.  You don't want to spend your appointment time just getting your body hydrated enough to get good solid answers. At the same time, the muscle testing is only an indicator of what is going on. The work we do works whether you are able to test it with your body or not. If you can't get your muscle testing working to your satisfaction, I can test on your behalf. I'm used to doing this. It makes no difference in the work itself. The part you are missing is the fun of experiencing your own body giving you answers about how our work is going.

If you are going to do your own muscle testing, then you will need to know which way is North:   Facing North seems to be just one more thing that can help your kinesiology work more accurately.  Many times it will work even though you are facing another direction, so no need to panic if you don't know where North is for sure.

Create a list of fears, blocks and negative patterns you want to work on:  Just brainstorming is fine.  Don't try to word things just right, we will get down to the bottom of issues when we talk.  Just have some ideas of which direction to go.  You can even copy and paste some of the things that ring true for you from the Beliefs Page.
